What are you going to do about moderators and administrators?

People will have to earn the right to be a moderator/administrator.
That way we don't have anybody who abuses there powers.

I just noticed that I have some moderating stuff I can do such as lock and move a topic.

No, You should be an administrator, check at the bottom of the page for a link that says Administration Control Panel. if not, let me know.

I personally think that giving ideas don't give you the right to earn moderator or administrator rights. It's about commitment, you're attitudes toward the forum and its members, and how well you react with someone who breaks the rules.
